create a ticket when a notification sends ( Optional )
I recommend add an option to Notification Window;
This option lets admins to open a ticket for a notification instead of sending email ;
What's benefits ?
- Tickets lets staff to follow up issue and remember something for followup ;
For example if a new user signup but doesn't buy a package we can followup and contact with him/her for any service they need
- We can have a ticket for late invoices and follow up with phones
