Add credit to account helps some clients to renew their domains or services from their credit;
I think this option will useful for many clients;
This is something that we've been considering lately.
Our idea would be for the client to submit how much they wish to add, which would then create an invoice for them to pay, which would turn into account credit.
Hasn't this always been available under the Billing Tab of the customer? I still see it in 5.4.1
This is the case for the admin side, yes.
This request is actually to allow a client to add credit to their account without having to open a support ticket and do things manually :)
Please don't make this default. Some Gateways will deny you service if you have a credit/wallet system as it is against financial regulations in some countries. If this is going to be added, please keep an option for it to be disabled from Admin side so that when the Gateway guys do due diligence, it doesn't become a problem.
It might be "default" in that, it's enabled by default, however it would be controlled by a permission on each client group, allowing you to determine which (if any) clients are able to access it.
